Our Greek chef brings more than 30 years of experience to familiar classics, traditional recipes from grandmother's kitchen and fresh takes on dishes from across the Mediterranean.
The olive tree is as much a part of Greece as sharing a meal. Even in ancient times, it symbolised wisdom, fertility and peace. It gives our restaurant its name.
